According to the Vietnam blockchain talent market trends compiled by BlockchainWork in June 2025, technical positions such as front-end, back-end, and blockchain developers account for 41% of total recruitment demand, while non-technical roles like marketing, sales, and research make up the remaining 59%. This reflects a comprehensive demand for both technical and non-technical talent in the blockchain sector.
